Meetings!
Thanks to everyone that came to our first meeting! We are super excited about this semester and can’t wait to see how many students we can get involved. Our next meeting will be next Sunday the 15th at the FAB at 5:00. Jennifer will be there to let us in and help us screen print a sweet design (that AJ is working on) onto t-shirts. So, bring a blank t-shirt in your favorite color and go home with a one of a kind AIGA BSU t-shirt that you can wear to our mix mentor event that will be happening later this month. Tell your friends, and try to get those memberships payed for soon so that we can be recognized as a student group! Hopefully we will see you all on Thursday

Then register as a user by clicking the link at the bottom right. The site is now set up such that anyone can register as a contributer, and that will allow you to log in and make posts on the blog. You can use this as a forum to get feedback on your work. Post up an image of your project, and your fellow AIGAers can comment and discuss.
As a contributer, you will be able to submit a post, which will then have to be reviewed by one of the site’s administrators (the club officers). You won’t be able to see your post right away, but we will try to keep up on checking the pending posts, and get them approved as fast as possible.

AIGA BSU 1st Spring 09′ Meeting!
This is for EVERYONE who thinks they might possibly be interested in joining AIGA BSU. Come to discuss everything from what events will be going on this semester to budget and electing for remaining board member positions.
Please contact us if you think you would be an excellent candidate for a board member position or to nominate a friend.
Bring your designer/illustrator friends to the meeting and GET INVOLVED in the design community!

Hello All,
So the new semester is under way, and there are some exciting things in store for AIGA.
First off, I would like to welcome our new vice president, Francesca Wilson. There are still two positions available, so if you are interested in helping shape our club, please contact us.
Also, we will have a booth in the Spring Student Organization Fair in the new SUB atrium tomorrow and Wednesday. Stop by and say hello.
Lastly, on February 12, Von Glitschka will be coming to Boise for a talk about illustrative design. Check out his website at vonglitschka.com, and for more information about the event, please see our event calendar.
